The view from my room was amazing, overlooking the river. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ashleigh. She went above and beyond to make sure guests felt at home and even provided a packed breakfast for those leaving early. The lockable cabinets in the rooms were a useful feature. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby activities.
The hotel's location was a bit far from the main attractions and could be difficult to find without a map. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided a Google map location on their page.

This place was mind-blowing! It had all the comforts of home - safe, comfortable, quiet, and respectful of guests. The spacious rooms with comfy beds and fully equipped bathrooms were jaw-dropping. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle, encouraging exploration by foot. But the best part was the host - friendly, fair, and caring. She gave practical suggestions and made sure we had a great start to our visit. Can't wait to go back!

I stayed at a lovely guest house in Venice for a few days. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, even though I stayed in a dormitory. The location was amazing, with a view of Canal Grande from my room. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.
Recommend this hotel.
